4. Eligibility

• Open to customers aged 18 or over.
• Available to residents of the United Kingdom (including Scotland, England, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
• Only one Gift per order.
• The Gift is subject to availability and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Once the allocated gift stock has been claimed, the free gift offer will end automatically.

2. The free gift will be added to your cart automatically at checkout (subject to stock availability).

No discount code is required. The offer will apply automatically when the conditions are met.

6. Important Conditions

• Short-dated products: These products have a shorter shelf life than standard stock. Best-before dates are clearly displayed on each product page with countdown timers. Products remain safe and effective as described.
• The Gift is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
• The Gift cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount code, or bundle deal.
• If you return any item(s) from your qualifying order, you must also return the free Gift, or a refund will not be issued.
• The Gift is available while stocks last. 
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.
• Products are subject to availability. Selene Glow reserves the right to withdraw individual products from the promotion at any time.

7. Delivery

• This offer applies to UK standard delivery and Edinburgh local delivery.
• Standard delivery charges apply as per our Delivery & Shipping Policy.
• Free delivery thresholds apply separately and are not affected by this promotion.

8. Social Media & Influencer Disclosure

If you are an influencer or content creator who receives the Gift through this promotion and chooses to share it on social media, you must clearly label your content as an advertisement.

Under UK law (including the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008), gifts count as payment in kind, and any post featuring a gifted product must carry a clear, prominent label such as "#ad" or "Ad" at the beginning of the post. Vague labels like "#gift" or "#collab" are not sufficient, and platform tools alone may not be enough.

10. Amendments & Withdrawal

Selene Glow reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw this promotion at any time, without prior notice, if circumstances beyond our reasonable control require it.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.

12. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
