If you purchase a pre-ordered item, please note that release dates may change, and dispatch timeframes can be affected by suppliers, distributors, or international transit. Pre-ordered items will be dispatched once we receive stock. Where an estimated release date is shown, it is provided as a guide only. If there is a significant change or delay, we will update you by email.
Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, severe weather, supplier delays, customs delays, or technical issues.
