Dispatch times

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

UK Standard Delivery

- Free on orders over £35
- £4.00 for orders under £35
- Delivered in 3 to 4 working days
- Tracking sent by email once dispatched

 

Edinburgh Local Delivery

Personal hand delivery for Edinburgh postcodes (EH1 to EH17)

- Free on orders over £35
- £4.00 for orders between £10.00 and £34.99
- Minimum order £10.00
- Delivery Days and Times: Monday to Friday, 5 pm to 8 pm
- Delivered within 1 to 2 working days
- We deliver to you in person,  if you'd prefer, we leave it somewhere safe; just add a delivery note at checkout with your safe place instructions
- If we leave it outside at your request, we will keep your written delivery note and delivery photo proof. After that, Selene Glow isn't responsible for loss or damage
- Not home and no delivery note? We'll leave a card and rearrange for free, just contact us as soon as possible


Address responsibility

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, the order is normally considered delivered. If you believe a parcel is missing after delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with a courier investigation where available.

This does not affect your statutory rights where goods have not been delivered to you.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered delivered. If you believe a parcel is missing after delivery, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will help you raise an investigation with the courier, where available. Selene Glow cannot be responsible for parcels lost after confirmed delivery, for example, due to incorrect address details, safe place delivery instructions, or theft.

Missed, rejected, or uncollected parcels

If an order is returned to us because it was uncollected, rejected, or the address provided was incorrect, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.


Delivery Estimates

The dates we share are our best estimates based on when we ship your order. Once it's on its way, the carrier handles the final delivery timing.

We can't control external delays (like weather or carrier issues), but we care about your order arriving safely!
