Discount Code Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms carefully before using any discount code offered by Selene Glow. By using a discount code, you agree to be bound by these terms.

 

1. The Promoter
This promotion is run by Selene Glow, owned and operated by Evdoxia Korakidi (10/3 Granton Road, Edinburgh, EH5 3QH, UK). Registered in Scotland.

 

2. Eligibility

  • This offer is open to all customers who have received a valid discount code.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

 

3. The Offer

  • Eligible participants will receive the discount percentage specified in their promotional communication (e.g., 10%, 15%, 20%, etc.) on their order total when they enter the valid discount code at checkout.
  • Discount percentages may vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the code offer.
  • The specific discount percentage and any exclusions will be clearly stated in the communication where the code was provided.

 

4. How to Redeem

  • To redeem a discount code, eligible participants must enter the code in the "Discount Code" or "Promo Code" field at checkout on seleneglow.com.
  • The discount code is valid for use from the start date to the end date specified in the promotional communication.
  • Any discount code not used prior to its expiration date will expire and may not be used.

 

5. General Conditions

  • The discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, voucher code, or discount.
  • The code is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.
  • The discount code applies to the order subtotal and does not apply to shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to decline orders where, in its opinion, a promotion code has been misused or is invalid.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion and/or revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice.
  • Discount codes must not be shared publicly or on any unauthorized platforms. Code sharing may result in the cancellation of the promotion.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent activity or misuse of a discount code.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

  • In the event of a product return, refunds will be given for the value of the original purchase after the discount was applied. For example, if a £50 item was purchased with a 20% discount (£40), the refund will be £40.
  • If you return part of your order, the discount will be applied proportionally to the items you keep. The discounted value of the returned item(s) will be refunded.

 

7. Data Protection
Your personal data will only be used to administer this promotion and fulfil your order, in compliance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

 

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom.
