If you are an influencer or content creator who receives the Gift through this promotion and chooses to share it on social media, you must clearly label your content as an advertisement.
Under UK law (including the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008), gifts count as payment in kind, and any post featuring a gifted product must carry a clear, prominent label such as “#ad” or “Ad” at the beginning of the post. Vague labels like “#gift” or “#collab” are not sufficient, and platform tools alone may not be enough.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
